Delete my data

You can permanently delete your Jambah account and the data associated with it at any time. This removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages from the service.

Request account deletion

Not signed in? Tell us the email address or phone number on your account and we will delete it for you.

How to request deletion — step by step

  1. Signed in? Use the “Permanently delete my account” button above — this works instantly.
  2. Not signed in? Enter the email address or phone number on your account in the form above and submit. Our team will find your account and delete it within 48 hours.
  3. Prefer email? Write to support@jambah.app from the email on your account and we will process your request.
  4. Confirm — deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

  • Your account login and authentication details
  • Your profile (name, age, gender, city, photos, “about me”)
  • Your preferences and matching interests
  • Your matches, conversations, and messages
  • Your premium subscription and payment records held by us

What we keep, and for how long

  • Nothing is sold or transferred. We do not retain your profile, photos, or messages.
  • Deletion within 48 hours for requests submitted through the form, and immediately for the signed-in option.
  • Limited security records (for example, a blocked-identity marker used only to prevent repeat fraud or abuse) are kept for up to 6 months after deletion, as permitted by law.
  • Legally required records, such as transaction records where tax law requires them, may be kept for the period the law requires (typically up to 7 years), but are not used for any other purpose.
